Crunchy Lemmings with Millet Pudding
- ½ cup of millet
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- Erythritol to taste
- Seasonal fruits
- Bio Crunchy Lemmings crisps
Lightly overcook the milltet groats in coconut milk, then add erythritol and blend until smooth. Pour into bowls and serve with Lemmings and seasonal fruit.
