Maize Pyramids with Guacamole
Components:
- 1.5 ripe avocados
- ½ tomato
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped red onion
- 1 small clove of garlic
- Salt pepper
- Lime or lemon juice
Preparation:
- Chop the tomato finely, peel the avocado and crush it with a fork, combine with the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. We serve with Multigrain Pyramids Maize with Black Cumin or your favorite Pyramids.
