Maize Pyramids with Guacamole

Components:

  • 1.5 ripe avocados
  • ½ tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped red onion
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • Salt pepper
  • Lime or lemon juice

Preparation:

  • Chop the tomato finely, peel the avocado and crush it with a fork, combine with the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. We serve with Multigrain Pyramids Maize with Black Cumin or your favorite Pyramids.
