Maize Pyramids with Guacamole
Components:
- 200 g of cooked and peeled broad beans
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- 1 teaspoon of yeast flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Cold water
- salt
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a blender, blend to a smooth paste, gradually adding water. The paste tastes delicious with the VEGGIE Pyramids.
