Maize Pyramids with Guacamole

Components:

  • 200 g of cooked and peeled broad beans
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast flakes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Cold water
  • salt

Preparation:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, blend to a smooth paste, gradually adding water. The paste tastes delicious with the VEGGIE Pyramids.
