Organic Pyramids bluecorn with Hummus

  • 1.5 cups of cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon of tahini or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast flakes
  • Cold water
  • salt


  • Place all ingredients except water in a blender and blend gradually adding water to obtain the consistency of thick cream. We serve topped with olive oil and decorated with cooked chickpeas.
