Organic Pyramids bluecorn with Hummus
- 1.5 cups of cooked chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon of tahini or almond butter
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of yeast flakes
- Cold water
- salt
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients except water in a blender and blend gradually adding water to obtain the consistency of thick cream. We serve topped with olive oil and decorated with cooked chickpeas.
