Organic Pyramids bluecorn with Hummus and Vegetables
- 1.5 cups of cooked chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon of tahini or almond butter
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of yeast flakes
- Cold water
- Place all ingredients except water in a blender and blend gradually adding water to obtain the consistency of thick cream. We serve topped with olive oil and decorated with cooked chickpeas. For this combination, we also recommend adding a green cucumber, radish, tomato and lots of fresh herbs and sprouts.
