Maize Pyramids with Guacamole

Components:

  • A few leaves of various salads
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1 ground cucumber
  • A few black olives
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • Pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation:

  • Cut the orange into pieces, put them on the lettuce leaves, add capers, cucumber and olives. Pour some olive oil. Season with pepper and salt. Enjoy with naturally sweet and salty Pyramids.
