Salad with Asparagus with Organic Pyramids bluecorn
Components:
- A few leaves of lettuce or fresh spinach
- ½ a bunch of cooked white asparagus
- 1 tomato
- 1 ground cucumber
- A handful of cooked chickpeas
- Cress or other sprouts
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- ½ a clove of garlic
- Salt pepper,
- 1 tablespoon of parsley leaves
Preparation:
- Put lettuce, sliced tomatoes, cucumber and asparagus on the plate. Sprinkle with chickpeas and watercress. Blend the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the salad.
