Salad with Asparagus with Organic Pyramids bluecorn

Components:

  • A few leaves of lettuce or fresh spinach
  • ½ a bunch of cooked white asparagus
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 ground cucumber
  • A handful of cooked chickpeas
  • Cress or other sprouts

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • ½ a clove of garlic
  • Salt pepper,
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley leaves

Preparation:

  • Put lettuce, sliced tomatoes, cucumber and asparagus on the plate. Sprinkle with chickpeas and watercress. Blend the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the salad.
